As all our orders are individually hand-crafted, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. Seasonal rush or holidays may extend this period to 5-6 weeks.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: We will exchange any product due to any mistake we make within the ordering or manufacturing process. Any refunds will be made after the return of merchandise within a 3 week period. Refunds will also be given on orders cancelled within ten (10) days of being placed. A 20% re-stocking fee will be applied to the amount refunded.
What payment methods are acceptable?: We accept Paypal or U.S. Postal Money Orders only. Orders will be filled only after receipt of payment.
